Feather & Bone
***Something about rebranding Hong Kong's biggest independent grocery***

Challenge
Feather & Bone has evolved from a premium butcher and grocer into a Hong Kong institution with ten locations. Their reputation is built on quality and direct farm relationships, leading to their own brand, Three Butchers. However, rapid growth led to design challenges, with inconsistent visuals across brands. To unify their identity, they sought Kith&Kin for a cohesive design system.
Solution
The initial workshops revealed the their true passion and reason for success: strong relationships with farmers worldwide. Because of this, they offer exceptional quality directly to customers. This closer relationship to the origin of food resonated with clients and this very insight proved to be our foundation for the new cohesive system. Putting the idea of the origin of food, centre stage.
